How is our gin
made from botanicals?
The juniper berries are carefully bruised by hand, the cardamom pods are cracked and together with many other ingredients are steeped in alcohol. After a resting phase, the resulting mixture is distilled under controlled conditions, diluted and bottled.

Our
Half 9 Gin
In 2015, we were inspired to make our own gin while visiting a Scottish distillery. With a small copper still in our luggage, we set out in search of the unique taste experience, knowing full well that this would be a rocky road.
After many attempts, at exactly half past eight in the evening, the time had come, the first drop stimulated our taste buds and the Half 9 Ginwas born. Contrary to our English grammar, the taste is excellent.
